At Hyster, we recognize that each work environment and application requirement may be different. We have customers in a huge variety of industries that motivates us to offer a very diverse variety of materials handling product solutions. Regardless of what your industry is or what the environmental conditions we have a product to get jobs done effectively and suit your requirements. We have built trusting relationships between manufacturing, promotion, and service teams so that we could assure you that all machinery are manufactured to the highest quality standards and that you would receive the ongoing support you require when you have a Hyster machine on your work site.
From the initial concept and design to the manufacturing and selling of the machinery, each and every machine that Hyster markets will go through a nine stage development process. Each and every stage of the development process has been created to ensure product quality over the lifetime of the equipment. Hyster testing centers can simulate the life cycle of a lift truck to make sure that the product lasts and that it performs as designed.
In order to be certain that we know what all our clients really want, Hyster performs a great deal of research about client needs. All this research is then applied to the products design. Designs are built using cutting edge computer aided design techniques which help to reduce the risk of weak points and ensure that positioning of every component is optimal for both performance and servicing needs. Prototypes are then made in cooperation with specialists and experts in compartment design and ergonomics. Every component and prototype is put through thorough life cycle testing to find and correct any problems which can reduce the life of a machinery or a component to a less than optimal level. When a machine comes out of the testing stage of development, we would like to be certain that it will work to a high standard. Testing in real life settings is also performed so that we can collect more data on the performance of the machine and be confident that it will meet the standards needed to get the task completed.
